Indigestion is a stomach problem. It happen when the digestive juices are not secreted correctly and results uneasiness. Occurrence of indigestion is more in women than men. It is not a very severe disorder and can be cured by home remedies. Some easy and effective home remedies for indigestion treatment are:
- One most easies remedy is ice. Apply some ice cubes over the stomach after meals. This would help in treatment of indigestion.
- Easiest and very useful remedy for treatment of indigestion would be to have one glass of pineapple juice after every meal.
- Take one glass lukewarm water and add one teaspoon fresh lemon juice, one spoonful of fresh ginger paste and two spoons of honey. Mix it properly and drink. It is a very effective home remedy to treat indigestion.
- Take one cup of hot water and add one tablespoon of fresh lemon juice in it. Drink this before every meal. It would avoid all types of indigestion.
- Take one glass water and add one spoon baking soda in it. Have this mixture immediately after preparation. It would provide immediate relief from indigestion.
- One more effective remedy for indigestion treatment would be to chew a piece of ginger sprinkled with salt for 10 to 15 minutes before meals.
- Drink 1 cup of ginger tea after meal; it is helpful in solving the indigestion problem.
- Take one glass water and add one tsp of cumin seeds in it. Drink this mixture.
- Take one tsp of fresh coriander leaf juice and add a pinch of salt to it. Drink this juice daily two times. Otherwise, take 1 spoon freshly prepared coriander juice and add it in freshly prepared buttermilk. Have it daily; it is also very beneficial in treatment of indigestion
- Take a tsp of ajwain and add small amount of rocksalt to it. Have this mixture for indigestion treatment.
- Eating half a tsp of aniseed is also helpful in treating indigestion.
- Having oranges and grapes daily would beneficial in treatment of indigestion.
- Take one glass of water and add few drops of mint essence to it. Drink this mixture in every 3 to 4 hours to get immediate relief from indigestion.
- Drink tea prepared from blackberry, mint, raspberry, and chamomile. This would be very beneficial in treating indigestion.
- Prepare a mixture of 1 tsp each of lemon juice, mint juice, and honey. This is very effective in indigestion treatment.
- Add 2 to 3 drops of garlic oil in one cup soya oil. Massage the stomach with this mixture; it gives relief from digestion problems.
