Our body has an exact blood pressure. A fall in blood pressure is a condition that is medically termed as hypotension, more popularly known as low blood pressure. In such a situation, the heart forces the blood out of the arteries with very low force than it should. Low blood pressure is a result of weaken and devitalized structure. Low blood pressure can be treated naturally by using some home remedies. Some effective home remedies for Low blood pressure treatment are:
- Beetroot juice is very advantageous for low blood pressure patients. So, have one glass of fresh beetroot juice, twice in day.
- The easiest and the effective home remedy for low blood pressure treatment would be to drink plenty of water. As dehydration decreases blood amount and results in drop of blood pressure.
- Black coffee is another effective remedy for treatment of low blood pressure. Prepare a cup of strong black coffee and drink it when you think that your blood pressure is going down.
- Fill bathtub with slight warm water and add one kg of Epsom salt to it. Immerse your body in that water at least for 15 to 20 minutes, before going to bed. Take care, that do not expose the body to a cold after this bath.
- Indian Spikenard is very beneficial in treatment of low blood pressure. Take 250 ml water and add about 20 gm of Indian Spikenard to it and then boil the solution. After boiling remove it from the heat and cool it. After cooling drink this infusion daily thrice. Alternatively, you can also have about 35 to 40 grains of Indian Spikenard, along with camphor and cinnamon.
- Take 30 raisins and soak it in a bowl of water for overnight. Next morning, chew them one by one, on an empty stomach and then drink that water also.
- Take 8 to 10 almonds and soak it in a bowl of water. Leave it for whole night. Next morning, peel them and make paste. Now add this paste to lukewarm milk and drink it.
- Holy basil leaves are also very efficient in curing low blood pressure. Take about 15 to 20 fresh holy basil leaves and mash them. Filter this mixture with the help of a muslin cloth. Have this filtered liquid with a tsp of honey, as first thing in morning.
- Daily exercises, swimming, light walking and cycling are also very beneficial in regulating the blood pressure level.
- Increase consumption of salt, asafetida and fresh fruits in your daily diet. All these are helpful in restoring the blood pressure level. Also foodstuff which is rich in proteins, vitamin B and C are very effective in low blood pressure treatment.
