TB is easily spread from one infected person to other healthy person when the bacteria is coughed into the atmosphere by infected person and is inhaled by healthy person. TB or Phthisis is contagious, but young children almost never spread the disease. Kids are most probable get this disease from adults. Mainly kids catch the disease from a household or family member. In lots of persons, the immune system, which gives resistance to body against germs and other attackers, is capable to control the infectivity. In such cases, the infection may cause hardly any or no signs. Kids under 5 years, adolescents, aged people, and those who have weak immune systems may develop a more serious infection. Severe infections can take place in all body parts, including the brain. Tuberculosis is a common reason for death in all over the world. TB spread most likely in crowded or movable conditions.
